Potty Training Success

Monday, June 11th, 2007

I just wanted to thank you for your book. I had so many different people giving me advice about my three year old I just didn’t know what to do, really this was a last resort! Our biggest fear was that Ian wasn’t waking up from naps and bedtime dry so we were a little skeptical about parts of your method. On the first day we went through 3 pair of underpants and he took a short nap stayed dry and went to bed and he woke up dry! We were so amazed! It took 2 1/2 days and each day he got better, his first day back at daycare went fantastic! No accidents and he has been great ever since. Thank you so much, common sense is the key. He just needed a little shove in the right direction, it will make it so much easier when his little brother gets to potty training age. Again thank you and good luck to everyone else!

Yea!! It worked!! On Tuesday, 5/22, Ian’s teacher said Ian was regressing in his potty training and we needed to work harder so he could move up to the 3 year old class in August. I kept him home on Thursday, 5/24 and started (his 3rd birthday) and by Saturday, 5/26 he was accident free. He went back to school today and his teacher was shocked that we did it so quickly! :) My daughter will be 22 months in a week and I will be keeping her home at the beginning of July to get her trained. Thank you so much!!

I just thought I would let you know that I don’t think I’ll be needing your mentoring services. I purchased your ebook and followed your instructions for my 23 month old daughter last weekend. We spent Saturday, Sunday, and Monday following your technique. I reluctantly took her back to daycare on the 4th day and she has not had one accident since! Thank you so much for your help. We are doing great!

Thank you

Hi Lora,

Just wanted to let you know that my little guy is doing great. Thanks for
the advice and the book. He has been great at daycare and at home. He
really likes the independence. I am so glad I found out about your book. I
also was just wondering if you check your records since my credit card bill
came in and I was charged twice. I was the one with the computer problems
that emailed on the 17th of April. Let me know.

THANK YOU

Isabella

Thank YOU!!

Lora-

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I potty trained my daughter last week and she’s still doing great.

My daughter will be 3 this coming Monday and she’ a bit hard headed so I wasn’t sure if this would really work for her.

I took the day off of work on Friday to start and it was pretty hard, as you said it would be. By Saturday afternoon I couldn’t see how I wasn’t going to be able to use Pull-ups for her at day care. However, Sunday came and she didn’t have a single accident all day. I told my day care provided what I had done and all she needed to do to help. I think she was a bit sceptical herself. It’s now Friday, 5 days in day care, and she hasn’t had a single accident. My day care lady was so impressed.

You had some wonderful advise to give and I am very greatful for it.

I do have one question, I’m having some problem with bed time. I don’t give her anything to drink 2 hours before and she goes before bed. In the beginning I was getting her up at 6am to use the bathroom but the last 3 mornings she’s been wet. How do I help her to wake up when she has to go? Should I set my alarm every night and get her up at 3 or 4 in the morning? If so, will that ever pass?

Anyway, I thank you again.
Good luck to you in all your endevours and God Bless!!
