Holding pee for long periods of time

Thank you for your reply. Another question. My son is now holding his pee for long periods of time. He is back at daycare today. They are taking him to the potty with the boys so he feels more comfortable but still doesn’t want to release. At least he isn’t having any accidents but I don’t want him to get an UTI. Any tips to get him to release on the potty? Thank you! Also how do I get him to not wet during the night? He doesn’t wake up at all when he wets to tell me he needs to go. (He is still in a crib). He has always been that way. Even with a poopy diaper he will sleep right through it. I even have a video monitor so I watch and he doesn’t get up. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I know you have all heard this before and you are right it may not work but we are hoping for a miracle! I have done a ton of research and found this one program that I bought on the internet to be the best one out there and she pretty much guarantees a successful endeavor.

… Day three … Our Son is Potty Trained

… Andrew and I believe the three day program was a HUGE success! No more diapers for our BIG boy!!! Hooray!

The #2 (BM) issue is resolved now, he wouldn’t go and hadn’t gone for five days, now that he’s going (a little enema assistance), he is going just fine on his own and as perfect as #1! I had also stated that I really appreciate your efforts and advise and will highly recommend your program to all moms in need of potty training that truly works! He was only having accidents day one, he has been accident free after the first 24 hrs :) ….

Sincerely,
Julie Brown

I Prayed Today It Would “Click” - It Did

Today is Day #3 of Potty Training. During my “quiet time” this morning I prayed specifically that today would be the day that it “clicks” with William. It did. We have had NO accidents… we have pooped in the potty TWICE and I’ve even been interrupted during a tension-filled phone conversation I was having with a dear friend with William wimpering loudly “mommy I want to go potty!” … His big sister is SOOOO proud of him - probably because every time he goes SHE also gets M and M candies to eat… just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Things are going well. If anyone needs advice on potty training don’t come to me just go buy the ebook by Lora Jensen and be encouraged that your little one will be done with diapers in 3 days from now
