I used your method a couple of weeks ago and it worked like a charm as far as peeing but my daughter doesn’t seem to realize she has to poop until it’s already coming out. By the time I run her to the bathroom she’s finished.

I’ve told her that it’s stinky and yucky and made a big deal out of it and I keep telling her to let me know before she poops. She always says it’s yucky and gross so I know she sort of gets it but she still goes in her pants. Any suggestions? I should tell you that she just turned 2 in August which I think is awesome to be doing so well at this age. One other question. What should we do about going out in public? We use a potty seat that fits on the toilet. Do we take it with us everywhere?
