If this is your first time logging in, you will need the password from your receipt as well.*
This helpdesk is the ONLY communications channel you have with me. This ensures that emails dont get lost or blocked by spam filters. Also, please submit all billing questions through the helpdesk as well.
You will need to log in to the helpdesk to check the status of your questions. After logging in, you will see several links at the top of the screen. Please use these to view your requests (and my responses), submit a new help request, submit a funny experience or success story, or to change your password.

Make sure you use propper case; if you are using the password originally created for you, please use all UPPERCASE letters.
If you have problems logging into the helpdesk, you may email my tech support guy at techhelp at 3daypottytraining dot com. Please include the following items from your receipt in your email:
- Your transaction number
- The email address from your receipt page
